This section is being produced in conjunction with the Advaitin Egroup. Each week, beginning Jan 2007, a senior member of the group will provide a definition of a word or concept in Advaita. This may be a Sanskrit word or words or it may be an English word used in a particular way. These definitions will be fairly short - no longer than a few paragraphs.
Other members may produce a parallel definition if they feel that other aspects also need to be mentioned. These definitions will be aimed at beginners and will not use any advanced concepts or Sanskrit words unless these have already been defined in this section.
This page lists the words/concepts alphabetically.
